Rebecca Collins is the dynamic President of the Choose Joy Foundation, dedicated to spreading positivity and empowering individuals to embrace happiness. As a devoted mother and small business owner, she understands the importance of fostering joy in every aspect of life. With a background in event management as a backstage manager, Rebecca brings a wealth of experience in creating memorable experiences and ensuring seamless operations. Through her leadership, Rebecca continues to inspire others to find joy in the everyday and make a positive impact in their communities. 

 Eric is a vital asset to the team, bringing unparalleled expertise and dedication to his role as Vice President overseeing the logistics of our events. With his keen eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills, he ensures that every aspect of our operations runs seamlessly. Beyond his professional accomplishments, Eric is also a loving father who prioritizes his family above all else. Balancing the demands of his career, and volunteering, with the responsibilities of fatherhood, Eric demonstrates unwavering commitment and passion in all aspects of his life. His colleagues admire him for his unwavering work ethic, while his children look up to him as a role model of integrity and strength. In an industry where success requires both skill and heart, Eric embodies the perfect blend of professionalism and compassion. 

 Dylan Stubs, the Vice President of Choose Joy Foundation, holds a special place in his heart for Joy, whose memory serves as the foundation's guiding light. Alongside his role as Vice President, Dylan brings culinary expertise as a seasoned chef, infusing every dish with passion and creativity. As a manager, he orchestrates operations with precision and compassion, ensuring every endeavor reflects the essence of joy. Known for his warmth and dedication, Dylan is a beacon of positivity, embodying the spirit of Choose Joy in all he does. 

 
Chris Henry is a dedicated Case Manager for Choose Joy, She brings compassion and expertise to her role, ensuring individuals receive the support they need. Chris or as many call her is our COACH and cheerleader for all who meet her. This lady knows where and how to help our team from a non profit standpoint, as she owns and runs First State Rugby with the Delaware Diamonds Girls U-19 Rugby Team since its inception in 2017. Coach knows how to motivate and rally the troops when we have a client in need. She is one of the folks you won't see at our events a lot, but that does not mean she isn't one of the most active, most important members. Our team would be lost without our Coach Baby! she understands the importance of empathy and care in meeting clients' needs. Chris's commitment to making a positive difference shines through in her work, where she excels in building meaningful connections and providing tailored assistance for each and every client. With her unwavering dedication and nurturing spirit, Chris "Coach" is a valuable asset to the Choose Joy team, enriching lives one client at a time.

 
Shannon Skinner serves as the Treasurer for Choose Joy, bringing both financial acumen and a heart of gold to the organization. As a valued volunteer, Shannon is always ready to roll up her sleeves and jump in wherever needed, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to the cause. Not one to shy away from challenges, she fearlessly dives into tasks, showcasing her creativity and problem-solving skills. Whether crunching numbers or getting her hands dirty, Shannon's dedication and can-do attitude make her an indispensable asset to Choose Joy, enriching the lives of others with every endeavor. 

 Lawton's presence within the team is nothing short of invaluable. As the overseer of logistics for many events, his attention to detail and strategic planning ensure that every aspect runs smoothly and without error. Beyond this essential role, Lawton also plays a pivotal part in assisting with managing donations for the team, demonstrating an unmatched dedication and tenacity in his efforts. His tireless work ethic and unwavering commitment to the team's success are truly commendable, serving as a beacon of inspiration for all those around him. In the dramatic chaos of event and donation management, Lawton shines as a steady force, guiding the team towards triumph with grace and determination. Without him, the team would surely falter, making his contributions unparalleled and his worth immeasurable. 

Loretta is an Executive officer and Valued Advisor  ,Loretta is retired now and volunteers when she can to assist our clients. She holds an MSW, and has been priceless in her knowledge and resources with us assisting our clients throughout our state. We strive to not duplicate services all ready provided by other charities but to fill the gaps where our clients dont have help. We could not help the folks we have without Loretta. 

 Joseph Kinard is the dedicated bookkeeper for Choose Joy, where he applies his meticulous attention to detail to ensure the organization's financial records are in order. Beyond his role in finance, Joseph is a devoted father, cherishing every moment with his family. Currently studying to be a pastor, he is deeply committed to his faith and eager to serve his community in new and meaningful ways. With a heart filled with compassion and a mind dedicated to learning, Joseph embodies the values of integrity and service, both in his professional and personal pursuits. 

 Ren Saunders is the vibrant stage manager for Choose Joy, where she orchestrates seamless productions infused with positivity. Ren's dedication to the cause goes beyond her role as she volunteers in any capacity needed, embodying the spirit of service. She plays a pivotal role in Choose Joy's fundraising program, spotlighting the arts as a vehicle for spreading joy and inspiration. Ren's innovative thinking led to the creation of Joyful Staffing, a platform that matches volunteers with opportunities to make a difference. With her boundless energy and passion for uplifting others, Ren is a driving force behind Choose Joy's mission to spread happiness and hope. 

 Amanda, affectionately known as Panda, is the logistical genius and Parking Coordinator extraordinaire for Choose Joy. As a dedicated volunteer, she plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at events, utilizing her organizational skills to perfection. Beyond her role with Choose Joy, Amanda is a loving mom who cherishes every moment with her family. With her innate ability to coordinate logistics seamlessly, Amanda is the driving force behind the smooth flow of events. Her dedication and tireless efforts make her an invaluable asset to the organization and a true inspiration to all who work alongside her. 

 Dione Farquharson, Choose Joy's dedicated secretary, wears many hats as a devoted wife, mother, and community advocate. With a wealth of expertise in insurance, she generously shares her knowledge, providing invaluable guidance and support to our team on insurance matters. Dione's unwavering commitment to our clients and caseworkers is evident in her tireless efforts to ensure their needs are met. Outside of her busy schedule, she finds joy in pursuing her passion for acting, often gracing Murder Mysteries and epic music events with her presence.  Heather McCabe is the creative cocktail and mocktail mixologist who has been with Choose Joy since the inception of the Joyful Events Program. Her talent for crafting delightful beverages adds a special touch to every occasion, infusing joy into every sip. Heather's dedication and expertise have been invaluable assets to Choose Joy, contributing to the success of numerous events over the years. Her passion for spreading happiness through her craft is truly priceless, making her an irreplaceable and cherished member of the team. 

Justin & Sonya are an amazing team who jump in feet first where needed every chance they get. They are a quirky couple that run The Ossuary Inc. (If you don't know what The Ossuary is look it up you won't be disappointed! They can be found @ http://www.ossuary.org ) Sonya always comes with a positive energy that is contagious. Justin has been a part of Choose Joy before we even existed as Choose Joy. He is an Executive Officer and valued advisor. With Sonya and Justin running their own nonprofit organization their knowledge is priceless to us. Being the kind rational souls they are, both are irreplaceable!!!
